- 1/2 cup Pineapple (Chopped, fresh or unsweetened)
- 1 medium Oranges (Juiced)
- 1 small Lime (Juiced)
- 5 cups Water (Filtered)
- 2 tablespoons Date syrup or honey (Natural sweetener; use date syrup for vegan) - optional
- 1 small Cinnamon stick - optional
- 5-6 leaves Mint leaves (For garnish) - optional
