  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1 small Scotch bonnet pepper (chopped, optional for less heat) - optional
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for shallow frying)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (dried or fresh)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley or scent leaves (chopped, for garnish) - optional

Instructions
