- 300g Fresh white fish fillet (Tilapia or snapper preferred)
- 1 cup Coconut milk (Fresh or canned)
- 2 medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 small Onion (Finely diced)
- 2 Garlic cloves (Minced)
- 1-inch piece Fresh ginger (Grated)
- 1/2 Green bell pepper (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (Chopped)
